Estate Planning
Diann M. DeJulia will tailor each estate planning document for each client to assure that the client's wishes are being met. These documents might include a revocable living trust, an irrevocable trust, a will, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, or an advance directive (also known as a living will).
Elder Law
Elder Law focuses on the specific needs of the senior client and their families. It is important to develop a plan to protect the rights and assets of the client. This plan often includes preparing the correct estate planning documents, but may also include helping the client and family prepare for long term care, whether it is in the home or an alternative living environment. Diann M. DeJulia can assist with preparing a Life Care Agreement or planning for Medicaid or Veterans Benefits.
Probate/Estate Administration
Is a formal probate necessary? Diann M. DeJulia will assist the client with that determination and make certain that the probate and estate administration process is completed efficiently, guiding the client through each step of the process.
